The Mosaic Tower.

Revitalizing a mid-century Dallas icon through custom-engineered LED illumination and vibrant turquoise-magenta dynamics.

A Vibrant Legacy.

Olympus Properties sought to redefine the identity of the Mosaic Tower as part of a landmark multi-million-dollar renovation. WDM Lighting collaborated with Light Partners LLC to deliver an architectural solution that honors the building's mid-century character while integrating 21st-century brilliance.

The project centered on the tower's mosaic-tiled columns, which are now grazed by vertical beams of light that shift seamlessly between custom-curated color palettes, defining the building's presence in the urban skyline.

Advanced Engineering.

Utilizing Color Kinetics ColorReach Powercore technology, our team created powerful vertical beams that graze the textured columns without light spill. This precision was achieved through custom-engineered aluminum brackets, discreetly stenciled with the tower's signature "M" logo.

Working closely with the Dallas Historic Commission, WDM integrated these modern solutions while strictly respecting the architectural heritage, color-matching every fixture finish to the building's exterior.
