Southtowne Square

Southtowne Square is a premier strip mall located in the south end shopping district of Grand Forks, ND. To keep its premium status the mall has recently renovated its façade. To ensure a sleek and professional design the mall owner hired ICON Architectural Group and icon HD as the design build firm to execute this project. As a part of the cutting-edge design of the façade roof edge lighting was included.

Icon HD partnered with Wiedamark to deliver a roof edge lighting solution utilizing over 1500 linear feet of silicon digital flex neon. This lighting solution along with the Madrix control system allow the client the flexibility to create unique and eye-catching light shows that highlight the improvements to the building’s façade.
